ZokrAsk is a learning app for children ages 3–8. Children practice inside accounts created and managed by a parent or guardian. Children do not create their own accounts.

• Parents sign in with email and password or with Google sign-in.
• Each parent account only sees and manages its own children's profiles, progress, and activity.
• Sessions are handled by our authentication provider; passwords are never stored in plain text.

• Parent account: email address, optional display name, and an optional parent PIN (stored as a hash).
• Child profile: the name, avatar, and age you enter for your child, plus optional session limits you choose.
• Learning activity: words practiced, lessons completed, and time spent inside the app, used to show progress and adapt difficulty.

We do not knowingly collect data from children beyond what's needed for the learning experience their parent set up.

• Data is stored in our managed backend with row-level access controls so each account can only read and write its own rows.
• Traffic between your device and Zokr is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• Administrative access to the backend is restricted to the Zokr team.

Zokr is built on the Lovable platform and uses Lovable Cloud (managed Supabase) for database, authentication, and hosting. These providers process data on our behalf so the app can run.

• You can update your account details from inside the app at any time.
• To delete a child profile or your entire parent account and associated data, contact us using the address below.

Zokr is responsible for how the app handles your data. The Lovable platform is responsible for the underlying hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure. You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and supervising your child's use of the app.
